Mgr. Zdeněk Remeš, Ph.D., is a senior scientist at the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, where he has been employed since 1993, and served as an assistant professor at the Czech Technical University in Prague from 2013 to 2022. Born in Czechoslovakia in 1971, he holds a MSc in solid state physics (1994), a BSc in financial mathematics (1998), and a PhD in solid state physics and material research (1999) from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, Prague. Zdeněk Remeš, Ph.D., obtained his MSc in Solid State Physics in 1994, a BSc in Financial Mathematics in 1998, and a PhD in Solid State Physics and Material Research in 1999, all from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University, Prague, Czechia. Additionally, he earned a Certificate in “Teaching General Subject – Mathematics” in 2018 from the same institution.
