Dr. Ana FernĆ”ndez Blanco is an accomplished biotechnologist and research scientist with over seven years of experience specializing in pathogen detection, microbial biotechnology, and product development. She holds a PhD in Biotechnology, Food and Environmental Microbiology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, a Master’s in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Zaragoza, and a Biology degree with a specialization in Microbiology from the University of Valencia.
