Dr. Thi Sinh Vo (Helen Vo) is currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea, since September 2023. Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant in the Complex Materials Engineering & Systems (COME) Lab at the same institution from March 2018 to August 2023. In this role, she designed and fabricated composite materials, including membranes for dye removal and biosensors for disease detection, and conducted extensive material characterization. She also participated in collaborative research projects and mentored graduate students. Prior to her time at Sungkyunkwan University, Dr. Vo was a Research Assistant in the Polymer Lab at the Chemical Engineering Department of Daegu University, South Korea, from September 2015 to February 2018. There, she developed self-healing materials and evaluated their properties, contributing to projects funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea.
