Since August 2019, he has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemical Science and Technology at National ChiaYi University in Chiayi City, Taiwan. Prior to this, he was a Project Faculty Assistant Professor in the same department from August 2016 to July 2019. From December 2014 to July 2016, Dr. Chen worked as an Associate Research Fellow in the Department of Internal Medicine at Ditmanson Medical Foundation Chiayi Christian Hospital. Before that, he was a Senior R&D Researcher at GeneReach Biotech Corp. in Taichung City from August 2014 to November 2014.
