JosĆ© Miguel MartĆn-MartĆnez has held various academic and research positions throughout his career. He began as an Assistant Professor at the University of Granada from 1978 to 1981, after which he served as an Interim Associate Professor and then a Contractual Associate Professor at the University of Alicante from 1981 to 1984. He also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre de Recherche de Microcalorimetrie et Thermochimie, CNRS, in Marseille, France, from 1983 to 1984. Dr. MartĆn-MartĆnez became an Associate Professor at the University of Alicante from 1984 to 1993 and later transitioned to a Full Professor position, where he has served since 1993. He was a Contracted Researcher at the University of Alicante during 1986-1987 and completed a Postdoctoral Research stint in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Penn State University in 1990. Additionally, he was an Invited Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Virginia Tech, USA, from 1999 to 2004.
