👨🏫 Teaching Experience:
Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Food Science & Technology at Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University since 2020. Engaged as a faculty member since 2006. Recognized as a Superior Lecturer at the university in 2022.

Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Tehran University, Iran, specializing in the investigation of rheological and functional properties of Barijeh gum (2000). M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from Tehran University (2000). B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from Ferdowsi University, Mashhad, Iran (1997).
🏆 Honors and Awards:
Recognized as a Superior Researcher at Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University in 2014, 2017, and 2021. Named the Top Researcher in the Province of Mazandaran in 2018. Achieved First-Grade in the Ph.D. entrance of Tehran University among 300 participants in 2000.
👨💼 Leadership and Management Skills:
Led the technical commission for the development of three Iranian standards. Currently leading the Department of Food Science & Technology. Guided and supervised 10 Ph.D. and 31 M.Sc. students in food science and technology.

Member of the Iranian Association of Standard Experts for Food Standardization (2012-2020). Member of the Publishing Council at Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University from 2019.
