Dr. Singh has acquired several certifications from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, USA, including physiological characterization, solubilization, and solid form screening for drugs (2022), biologics (2021), drug development processes and CMC aspects (2021), and preclinical and phase 1 oral drug formulations (2021). Additionally, she completed a Teaching Lab course at DTU in January 2022, focused on university-level teaching and learning. Her academic background also includes a Master’s in Microbiology from CSJMU, India (2008-2010), and a Bachelor’s in Microbiology from Kachchh University, India (2005-2008).

Dr. Priyanka Singh is a Senior Researcher at the Center for Biosustainability, Technical University of Denmark, since December 2023. She leads studies on developing nanomaterials for anticancer and antimicrobial drugs, publishing in high-impact journals, and supervises Ph.D. students in hands-on development of these materials. She is also leading a project on “graphene-based solutions for marine biofilm inhibition” and employs advanced techniques like Flow cytometry, SEM, TEM, and Incucyte for characterizing nanomaterials in various disease models.
