Fariborz Sharifian Jazi earned his Ph.D. in Engineering (Materials & Metallurgical) from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, where he focused on the synthesis, characterization, and evaluation of physicochemical, antibacterial, and biological properties of nano-bioactive glass containing SrO by the Sol-gel method. His Ph.D. work was distinguished by the publication of twelve academic papers, the completion of a national project, and a TV interview. Prior to his doctorate, he completed a Master’s in Materials Engineering (Engineering Materials Production Methods and Selection) at the same institution. His master’s thesis explored the influence of noble metals on the properties of SnO2 nanocomposites via the sol-gel method, earning him accolades including two ISI research publications, a presentation at an international conference, a patent, TV and radio interviews, and the first prize as the top ideator in the “Tomorrow’s Job Opportunities” event, along with the best master’s project award. Fariborz also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering (Industrial Metallurgy) from Islamic Azad University, Iran, where his thesis on the effect of milling graphite annealing on its specific surface was awarded full marks.
