He holds a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from Haramaya University, where he synthesized and characterized Co-doped Nickel ZnO/Polypyrrole nanocomposites for his thesis. With over nine years of experience in Ethiopian universities, he has taught experimental and theoretical chemistry, managed laboratory technicians, and directed research initiatives. His research interests include the development of low-cost adsorbents, adsorption kinetics, and the application of nanoparticles for water treatment.
